DRP Advisers and Yard Properties entrusted us with developing a digital marketing strategy to support the promotion and sale of 355 Outubro, a premium residential development located on the prestigious Avenida 5 de Outubro in Lisbon.
Comprising 18 apartments of different types, the development stands out for its contemporary architecture, high-quality construction and prime location on one of the capital’s main avenues.
The challenge was to increase the development’s visibility among domestic and international prospective buyers, communicate its unique selling points and generate sales opportunities in a highly competitive property market.
To achieve these objectives, it was essential to establish a performance-driven digital presence, combining engaging visual communications, advertising campaigns and analytics tools to track prospective buyers’ behaviour.
The Journey
We began our collaboration in 2022, planning and implementing an integrated digital marketing strategy to promote 355 Outubro across selected markets and target audiences.
Our work included the development and optimisation of a dedicated landing page, Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, creative asset production and remarketing initiatives to re-engage prospective buyers.
Throughout the collaboration, we conducted creative testing and continuous optimisation, refining campaigns based on performance insights and the development’s evolving commercial needs.
The implementation of tracking and reporting systems allowed us to monitor campaign performance, analyse traffic sources and measure relevant website actions, including enquiries and brochure downloads.
